Refund policy

At ATHLETE LABEL, we want you to love your gear.
If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order was delivered. 


Eligibility for Returns:
•  Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
•  Original tags must be attached.
•  Items must be returned in the original packaging.
•  A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 


How to Start a Return:
Steps:
1) Email us at Support@athletelabel.com to request a return.


2) We will then email you a Prepaid Return Shipping Label to ship back your package.


** Returns shipped back to us without email approval first, will not be accepted.


Exchanges:
To get the new size you want quickly, we recommend returning your original order first. 

Then placing a new order separately for the different size.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.

Approved Refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Support@athletelabel.com

Damages:
We take pride in the quality of our products. 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at  Support@athletelabel.com, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
